Grip standoffs

How do you call those inserts/standoffs that are attached to the frame of a 1911 and are threaded inside to hold the screws that attach the grips to the frame? How are said standoffs attached to the frame: screwed or pressed or what? As I was removing the pornogrip, one of these standoffs came with the grip (and the screw), so now I need to remove its screw so I can remove it from said grip, and then put it back into the frame.

Before you ask, the screw has always been buggered like that when I got it. That's pornogrip for you!

Now, if they are a one-time-install item, where can I get replacements?

Every one of the grip screw inserts I dealt with screwed into the frame of the 1911 pistol and once you get the damaged grip inserts out do yourself a favor and use the green Loctite when you install the new grip inserts. The nomenclature is grip screw bushing. And yes, if you manage to get that one off without buggery and/or have to replace it degrease and install the bushing with blue Loctite which is what I use in case you do want to remove it.
